Harrows' design team worked closely with Dave to build a barrel suited exactly to how he throws.

The 90% tungsten parallel barrel starts with deep, square-cut grooves running its full length.

Dave asked for extra grip and feel to keep his confidence high in the closing stages of a match, when the pressure is on.

To deliver that, a black titanium nitride coating was applied to add texture to the barrel's surface, and 9 micro-cuts were placed exactly where his fingers leave the dart on release.

Standing out mattered to Dave too, so the dart needed a bold, distinctive look.

Yellow gold was chosen, a colour that's become closely linked with Dave across almost ten years on the PDC tour.

Combined with the black titanium nitride finish and re-cut silver sections, the result is a genuinely eye-catching dart.
